AMA Electra Protocol – StealthEX — November 19, 2025
Introduction
The StealthEX team hosted an AMA session with Matko Novodomsky and Master Den from Electra Protocol. Below is the complete, polished transcript.
Start of the AMA
Tayla:
Hello dear friends! ❤️ Thank you all for joining our AMA session today! Please welcome our dear guest @MatkoXEP from Electra Protocol ⚡️
Our AMA is starting right now! We’ll go through 10 questions from X/Twitter and afterward open the chat for live questions.
Matko, very excited to have you here! Before we begin, could you tell us a bit about yourself? 🙂
Matko Novodomsky:
Hello helloooooo! Matko from Electra Protocol is here, very excited to be here! 🥳 Always excited when I can talk about Electra Protocol! Huge thanks to StealthEX for the invitation! 🙏🏻
Master Den:
Welcome everyone. I’ll also be here today to assist Matko during the AMA. Enjoy it!
📌 QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1️⃣ What inspired the creation of Electra Protocol?
Question by @Elbash_143
Matko Novodomsky:
Electra Protocol was created with a simple vision: build a fast, secure, accessible Layer‑1 blockchain designed to solve real‑world problems, not just power speculation.
From day one, the project has been:
- fully open‑source
- 100% volunteer‑driven
- without a company, CEO, or central authority
Technically, Electra Protocol delivers:
- instant settlements
- ultra‑low fees (~$0.0000001)
- ISO 20022‑friendly data structure
- lightweight, efficient architecture
Our biggest aim from the first day: SOLVE real‑world problems.
2️⃣ How decentralized is the current setup?
Question by @Dcody32
Matko Novodomsky:
Electra Protocol is 100% decentralized — both in node distribution and ownership.
Anyone can run a node by simply downloading the wallet. There are hundreds of independent nodes across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Because we use Proof‑of‑Stake:
- no mining
- no central servers
- no privileged nodes
- no hardware barriers
Master Den:
Even a tiny Raspberry Pi can run a node. This makes Electra Protocol extremely resistant to attacks.
Matko adds:
Unlike blockchains such as Solana 🤣😂 that must be restarted when overloaded, Electra Protocol cannot be turned off. As long as even one node is online, the network runs.
Electra uses modern ECC cryptography and is architected for future quantum‑safe upgrades.
3️⃣ When will Lightning Network be activated, and how will it improve TPS?
Question by @faroumka5
Matko Novodomsky:
Our current 1,500 TPS capacity is already more than enough for real‑world usage.
For comparison:
- Bitcoin ≈ 7 TPS
- Ethereum ≈ 15 TPS
- Visa ≈ 1,700 TPS
Lightning Network support is already implemented at the protocol level, but we haven’t activated it yet because there’s no need for it at this stage.
When global usage requires more throughput, Lightning will become the natural next step to massively scale and support ultra‑fast microtransactions.
4️⃣ How does your Proof‑of‑Stake achieve security and low consumption?
Question by @Slimzy455
Matko Novodomsky:
Electra Protocol uses a custom Proof‑of‑Stake consensus designed for fairness and efficiency.
Users stake coins in their wallet to secure the network and earn 3% annual rewards.
Hardware requirements are extremely low:
- ~1M XEP (≈ $200) is enough to start staking
- even a Raspberry Pi can run a node
Blocks are created via randomized selection based on stake and coin age, ensuring:
- security
- low energy usage
- no elitism
Master Den:
Yes — even low‑power devices secure the network, which makes Electra Protocol very efficient.
5️⃣ Key technical milestones for 2025?
Question by @Slimzy455
Matko Novodomsky:
The full roadmap is here: https://www.electraprotocol.com/roadmap/
Key milestones:
- major OmniXEP upgrades (indexer, APIs, wallet improvements)
- enhanced mobile wallet with SWAP, DEX, contract management
- new validator node infrastructure
- web wallet extensions
- preparation for Smart‑EP ecosystem (EVM compatibility)
All development is done by volunteers worldwide — completely for free.
6️⃣ How does the team handle regulatory changes, volatility, or network congestion?
Question by @Razor4sol
Matko Novodomsky:
Electra Protocol launched with no ICO, no presale, no VC funding, meaning XEP is not a security and is compliant with SEC and MiCA standards.
Market volatility doesn’t affect us because:
- no salaries
- no treasury
- no investors
- fully volunteer‑run
We don’t care about price speculation — our focus is real‑world adoption.
Network congestion has never happened. If traffic grows beyond 1,500 TPS, Lightning Network is ready.
7️⃣ What does the next chapter of Electra Protocol look like?
Question by @MichaelB
Matko Novodomsky:
The first chapter was building the foundation: mainnet, wallets, DEX, SegWit, Taproot, OmniXEP, Wrapped XEP — all without funding.
Now we’re entering Chapter Two: Real‑world integration — the exciting part.
This includes:
- real payment systems
- tokenization
- corporate integrations
- community or country currencies
- data solutions via OmniXEP
We recently welcomed a new team member focused on adoption, which is huge.
8️⃣ What’s the bigger vision of Electra Protocol?
Question by @BlackFOX
Matko Novodomsky:
Electra Protocol wants blockchain technology to become:
- invisible
- effortless
- part of daily life
Through OmniXEP, anyone can create:
- their own currency
- their own payment system
- their own token/NFT ecosystem
Our long‑term vision: make blockchain practical and accessible for everyone — not just crypto traders.
9️⃣ How will you attract developers and build the ecosystem?
Question by @Jerryfx5
Matko Novodomsky:
We focus on:
- simple APIs
- lightweight clients
- secure token/NFT system
- upcoming documentation
- toolkits for easy development
Developers want utility, not speculation — and Electra Protocol delivers real use cases.
🔟 Are there new partnerships or integrations planned?
Question by @YmeBitcoin
Master Den:
Electra Protocol is like Bitcoin — fully open‑source with no ICO or IEO. The ecosystem is built through community support.
Some community contributors are already:
- speaking with governments
- negotiating with companies and institutions
Matko Novodomsky:
Some partnerships are early stage, others more advanced. Electra Protocol is entering the adoption phase.
Electra Protocol is ISO 20022 compatible, which is extremely valuable for:
- financial messaging
- enterprise integrations
- payment systems
🔥 Live Questions
The chat was briefly opened for rapid‑fire questions. Here are some highlights.
Matko Novodomsky answered:
- XEP is a coin on its own blockchain (not BSC, ETH, Tron, Polygon).
- No core team member ever received free XEP — they all bought their coins like everyone else.
- Hardcoded smart contracts ensure safety while still allowing protocol‑level upgrades.
Top 3 killer features of Electra Protocol:
- Real‑time payments with ultra‑low fees
- 100% decentralized, volunteer‑built Layer‑1 blockchain
- OmniXEP — instant, safe token and NFT creation without coding
Closing Words
Tayla:
Thank you so much Matko and Den — this was incredibly insightful!
Matko Novodomsky:
If you have more questions, you’re all welcome in the Electra Protocol public group anytime! Thank you again for the invitation!
Electra Protocol is one of my top life priorities — and I have NEVER doubted that we will succeed.
Tayla:
Amazing passion! I’m sure Electra Protocol will be a huge success!
